We met up with a very friendly Australian family on a boat called Nika. They have three kids that are a very similar age as ours. We spent a great evening chatting with them. He sailed a Fireball at a very high level at the same time that I was sailing Fireballs and managed a business like me, so we had a lot to chat about. We visited a wreck at Dog island which the kids enjoyed, it was Clea’s first “wreck dive”. Today we went to Gunboat island, which is a very calm anchorage with a small island and reef all around. I dived the reef and saw lots of fish so we returned with fishing rods and the dinghy, but the fish must have all left as we didn’t have a bite.

We are enjoying our last few days in the San Blas before we head off to the big canal.
